An Inside Look

Grayson began his musical journey as a violist at 9 yrs old. At the age of 11, he discovered a natural affinity for the piano. Entirely self-taught, he has quickly made a name for himself with his emotional and technical prowess.

Grayson currently attends the University of Michigan, School of Music, Theatre, and Dance (SMTD) where he continues to hone his skills and develop his artistic voice. He is studying jazz piano under the tutelage of Associate Professor of Music, Andy Milne.

While at Interlochen Academy of Arts, Grayson studied under Director of Jazz, Chris Glassman and Instructor of Jazz Piano, Bryn Roberts, and past visiting Instructor of Jazz Piano, Michael Malis.
